Currently LinkMaster and modified apps are required. I may make small
proxy apps which handle linking but use the ROM apps for all other
features for people who are tight on space. I may special-case some
standard PIM-type apps to facilitate linking with equivalent apps on the
desktop, but I'm not sure about that.
