Although having a button that says "Delete" can take up alot of
real estate, you can probably squeeze in an icon of a trash can.
This could serve as a delete button, and could also be the target
of a drag-n-drop operation to delete items.
Overall, I think drag-n-drop should also be implemented to arrange
the order of items when in "Unsorted" view.
Dragging should only be available on penDown in the right-most
icons, not on the main text. This will allow people to bail out
of a follow-link operation by dragging off the text, but there
is really no good reason to need to bail from a select operation.
