Here's what I did:
a) I disabled the only running hack I had, the registered version of
Fitaly.
b) I deleted TS using the standard application launcher, and
reinstalled.
c) I checked my free memory. It's ~800k, so that's not the problem.
I started TS, entered a mind name, and tapped New. I get the message
DataMgr.c, Line:7821, Index out of range
I reset (using the pin), and the next time I started TS I could see
the mind I had attempted to create in the list.
If I try to open that mind with Open, I get the same error message.
Deleting the mind works just fine.
I tried disabling my third party launcher "Launcher III", deleting and
reinstalling TS, but I still get the same error. That was the last
thing I could think of. Now I have no running hacks, and no third
party launcher enabled, and still it doesn't work.
As I said before, I'm using a Palm III with the new OS 3.3. Let me
know if you need any more info.
