I've been really busy this semester; I've barely had time to touch
ThoughtStream. I've got synchronization planned out in my head, but
it's not in the program yet. If anyone wants to help with this feel
free, but I'm afraid it would take longer to bring someone else up to
speed than to finish it myself. Things will lighten up around
Thanksgiving, and I hope to make some good progress then.

I think I'm pondering what you're pondering. What would your app do
that ThoughtStream doesn't [plan to] do? There's nothing stopping the
ThoughtStream desktop and Palm UI from differing. I haven't codified
the ThoughtStream XML into a DTD, but I could if anyone has a use for
it. If you would like to suggest any changes to the DTD used by
ThoughtStream, tell me. Unfortunately, the only documentation of the
DTD is currently the source and the "RFC: data structures" thread on the
old mailing list (before the name change).
