Alternatively, you might check out Jump Java (compiles to native code
IIRC) or Sun's KVM. Among the developers I've talked to, Waba and KVM
are not ready for prime time, since the Palm isn't fast enough to do
much of anything useful with a JVM. Also, the original point was to
keep the desktop and Palm versions separate, so that the desktop version
would not be constrained by the Palm's limitations.
