I think it would be a bad idea to use an existing DTD (especially one as
large as docbook), becuase we want this standard to be widely
implemented; I think we need to define something which is simple but
extensible (that's sort of what I'm trying to do with "Fields" in TS).
I'll read up on DTDs and try to put together a concrete definition of
what TS uses this weekend.
