Subject: [TS] New PalmOS release (0.4.3)

This release adds a Browse form for creating new links, as well as the
usual bug fixes (or should that be fixes for the usual bugs?).
I want to take care of as many bugs and UI issues as I can before I
leave next week, so if you've got any to point out, speak up!
