Agreed completely. Be sure to write to eGroups and inform them of their
mistake; I'll be doing the same with the open source group I run, and I'll
be finding another mailing list solution for the discussion group.
It's a pity that eGroups has so completely destroyed itself; I used to
greatly appreciate its short ads. Not only have the ads grown immensely,
but now they're deliberately intrusive into the content, so much so that
they defeat the purpose.
